At Herne Bay Junior School, we use the ReachMoreParents app to share all the updates and
information related to your child and their learning journey. The parent app is a central place where
you can read, action or respond to any school communications and updates.
The app includes:
- Newsfeed – where we will post updates, pictures and videos of school life such as trips,
sports days, class activities etc. - Noticeboard – where we will pin important updates like any school closures etc. make sure
to turn notifications on so that you never miss an update! - Forms – you can digitally complete and sign forms within the app for things like school trips,
clubs or after school activities. - Live Attendance tracking – use the app rather than phoning the office to notify absences if
your child is sick or will not be in school. You can also attach evidential materials such as
medical letters. - Messages – where we may send you direct messages and you can respond.
- Calendar – keep up to date with school events and sync them directly to your own device’s
calendar. - The Hub – this is where we link to other websites or software we use, giving you easy access
through the app. - Meal ordering – order your child’s meals easily and quickly top up your school meals money
purse. - Payments – make payments through the app for school trips and other activities.
