Medical Information

Parents are welcome to come and talk to us about medical issues. Mrs Botzet, in the school office is the first point of contact.
Below is some helpful information.

Should any prescription medicines require administering at school, a permission form has to be filled in and given to the School Office: without this no medicines will be administered.
Non-prescription medicines will not be administered to a child unless there is specific written permission from the parents.  A child will never be given aspirin or medicines containing Ibuprofen or Codeine unless prescribed by a doctor.

If your child has ongoing medication, i.e. eczema creams, asthma pumps, hayfever medication a new form will need to be completed and signed each September when pupils move into their new classes.

If you have any queries please contact Mrs Botzet on (01227) 374608
